Flower Girl Slippers

Wedding Flower Girl Shoes

You can take any pair of shoes and transform them into elegant slippers with just the addition of some beautiful trim! My daughter is a flower girl in a upcoming family wedding, and while we were happy with these shoes from Target they were missing that special elegant touch. Trim applied quite simply with a glue gun, and some little bows made with the same trim transport these shoes into another realm altogether.

Wedding Shoes Before and After
This was oh-so-simple and with such great results, I can’t wait for the next opportunity to turn some plain jane shoes into the belles of the ball!

This is crazy how much a difference it makes. I hope the trim stays on with the normal wear and tear of a child’s play though.

they look awesome Sara, so pretty! and in answer to Anthony’s concern about wear and tear, you could hand-sew the lace on for a more permanent hold. either way they look fab!!

Thanks Michele, Im taking my glue gun with me to the wedding just in case…..a true crafter always has a glue gun on hand?
Though I do think that it should be okay these shoes will be worn by a delicate princess!
