Succah Decorations From Unexpected Findings

Succah Decorations From Earings

Aren’t these lovely ornaments? Take a closer look, they’re large earrings! Last year I made decorations from bracelets, so it’s only fitting that this year I’ll somehow put to use these earrings! I just couldn’t resist, they were 1 shekel a pair (about 24 cents) and I know that even if I don’t use them in the succah, I can find a use for them as lamp shade fringe, or hanging from my chandelier for party decor.

So do look around in your daily travels (I found these at my local shekel store) and don’t be afraid to make ornaments from the unexepected, it’s really so much fun!

i found some raffia trivets/potholders in bright colours in the dollar store so i bought 12 and will hang them in a pattern. I also got some paint sample chips and strung them together for a bright and colourful “chain”.
    cheap and easy!
