A cousin just sent me a link to a movie about Israel, a movie which explores the foundations of Israel and comes to some very interesting conclusions which explain why Israel is so very successful in so many areas. I myself didn't know that after the United States and China, Israel is number three on the list of countries with the most companies on the stock exchange in New York! Now that is pretty impressive I must say, for such a tiny country. And of course many things in the movie are things that I know living here, but it's great to hear it again, and stated in such a concise, thoughtful way.
So, if you have an extra 38 or so minutes to spare and you'd like to learn more about Israel, or you'd like to have a really good feeling about living in Israel, or supporting it in some way, do take a look at this movie. The very end of the movie is of course my favorite, as it's about how Israelis are particularly interested in helping the world, which is what I hope I'm doing here with this little blog!
