Welcome to Craft Schooling Sunday, thanks so much for joining me here! The period of Counting the Omer will be over in just a few days, and then on Tuesday night we will usher in the joyful holiday of Shavuot, that celebrates the receiving of the Torah on Mt. Sinai. For Shavuot we decorate our homes with flowers and greenery, and I was given a gift certificate for a local nursery, so can’t wait to pick out a new houseplant or maybe some flowers for outside, will see what looks great. Some of my orchids are now in bloom and my house is anyway filled with greenery, and I already have lots of cuteness in the kitchen, so I think I’ll forget about actual new crafts for the holiday and focus on the cooking to do, plus extra cheese dishes for the early morning meal after we come home from the synagogue around 9am, having risen at dawn. I am dreaming of painting some florals, but gotta get to bed early the next few days in order to wake up super early on the holiday, so I may need to save that idea……Okay, lets take a look at the features from last week’s party!
