How To Make An Elegant Toile Chanukah Menorah From Cardboard

With the 8 day holiday of Chanukah coming this Sunday night, now is THE time to get crafting, and I’d advise spending your time on making a few special pieces! I’m sharing with you how to make an elegant toile Chanukah menorah from cardboard because this is something I created a few days ago, and wish I had time to make more! (First I made origami toile dreidels, so check that out!) The results are fabulous, and of course you can make them in basically any size your heart desires! Purchase my chanukah menorah digital download and you can then trace the necessary pattern right off your computer screen, that is what I did here! And while I love the toile, there are so many patterned papers out there, so choose something you love, or conversely create the chanukah menorah in a solid color and paint it, hmmm gotta try that!

Supplies For DIY Toile Chanukah Menorah

• cardboard box cardboard, or cereal box cardboard for small Chanukah menorahs only

• my digital download linked to in opening paragraph or in “shop” on navigation bar

• gold wrapping paper, magazine pages and my tutorial for making paper candles

• sparkle craft foam and my sparkle flame candle tutorial

• a hot glue gun

• tracing/parchment paper and masking tape, rule, pencil

• craft knife and good scissors
