Use Real Apples For Last Minute Centerpieces!

Rosh Hashana - Quick Centerpiece

In need of a last minute centerpiece or something decorative for an entryway or sidetable? Gather up some real apples, a few dried leaves, some gold painted pods, a footed kiddush cup or opaque wine glass and you’ll be in business in no time!

Here are a few other ideas you might like which use real apples:

  • Buy beautifully colored crab apples, tie small bows to their stems with satin ribbon, and put one on the top salad plate of each place setting.
  • Place the largest platter you own in the center of the table and fill it with apples, lots of them! For a modern sleek look, go for apples all in one color.
  • Fill the center of your table with all kinds of candlesticks, and place an apple on the top of each one.
  • If you have a centerpiece, but suddenly it looks too small, make a circle around it with apples! To preserve the circular shape connect one apple to the next with a toothpick.
  • Fill a large very clean glass vase with apples, and add water if you like.

As long as you have some apples on hand, your table can always look great in just a few minutes. Got some more ideas for tabletop decorating with apples? Please share with us in the comments section, I’d love to hear from you!
