While I have made this craft myself years ago, this is a first doing it with kids, and I do recommend adding depth to the layers of cardboard by glueing carboard spacers on the back! You’ll Need:

• quilling strips in shades of red/orange/yellow

• quilling strips in brown, or a lunch bag to cut into strips

• white glue

• silver cardboard, mine are the lids to disposable aluminum pans!

• a comb for making the logs

• my how to make a quilled paper bonfire tutorial from years ago, here.
