Crocheted Granny Triangle Bunting With Flowers

Crocheted granny triangle bunting

A sweet and simple crocheted triangular granny bunting paired with some crocheted flowers looks great right about now! A crocheted bunting is a wonderful gift for a new baby, or even as a hostess gift for those friends with the summer cottage. Four triangular grannys and three flowers joined with a simple crocheted chain, and you’ve got yourself a nice little decorative crocheted granny bunting to hang over a bed or crib, or on a blank wall. Or drape your crocheted bunting casually from a mantel or shelf. You know, that artful effortless look we’d all love to achieve?

I used very light weight cotton, which has a beachy feel and seems perfect for summer, though one can and should use up their odds and ends for this one. I found the instructions for the crocheted granny triangle from this lovely site, and there are many many other sources out there as well.  Enjoy! I think this little bunting would look great with star fishes and striped fabric, or paired with a vintage quilt. And I’m dreaming about long hours on the porch or in the hammock crocheting more beautiful things while sipping an iced coffee. Ahhhhhhh, summer here we come! And one can always dream, right?

I LOVE this bunting and desperately want to make one myself! I went looking for the pattern and couldn’t find it anywhere on the site you linked, I was wondering if you had a more direct link to the pattern? Thanks so much!!

Is there a link directly to the triangle and flower pattern you used? This is adorable and I’d love to make one.
