On a recent trip to a local nursery I spotted this stunning pink flower, and just had to have it. Of course, going to a nursery is a bit dangerous for me, as I really don’t need any plants, but we were in the neighborhood and I just had to have a peek. And since husband thinks that our selection of plants, both indoors and out is entirely too green (go figure?) he was happy to purchase a few pots of colorful flowers to add some cheer to our patio. Fast forward, while this plant is supposedly full sun, I can’t say that it is actually enjoying the full sun and wish I’d kept it in the patio with just a few hours of sun, and so it goes. Hopefully it will bounce back and look like these photos once again, or maybe close?

So lovely. While I placed this at the top of a very large/tall container, I decided to keep it in the pot so I can bring it indoors when cold weather arrives, we’ll see how that goes!

And friends, just because a plant supposedly likes full sun, if it came from a greenhouse with bright light but not full sun, very gradually introduce it to the full sun situation!
